Return Policy

We have a No Return/ No Refund Policy (Exceptional Cases below):

  • If you have placed an order and you wish to cancel it before dispatch. In such cases we will Refund the Amount paid, However a 3% Payment Gateway Charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • In case you have mistakenly Ordered Higher Quantity than required and you wish to cancel the Order and adjust the Quantity. However a 3% Payment Gateway Charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • If you have mistakenly ordered Wrong Product/ Item. In such a case scenario we can replace the Product (Upon Inspecting the returned Product First) and provide a replacement of the Desired Model required. In such cases, the Cost of Courier to send the Product back to our Warehouse and also for us to send the Replaced product to the customer (2nd Time), Both Costs will have to be borne by the Customer.

Exchange/ Replacement

  • Incase of Receiving Faulty Product/ Damaged Goods, We would request you to Contact our Customer Support Team and share relevant Photos/ Videos Evidence to Support the Claim and Immediate Solution will be provided.
  • Incase of receiving Products with a Manufacturing Defect from the Manufacturer, Provided no Physical Damage was done to the Product during Use by the Actual User.
  • Any Manufacturing Fault arising within the Specified Warranty Period. 
  • In case of Products received in broken Condition from Courier Partner, We will Replace the product with no Extra Charges. In order to help us establish that Products were delivered to you in Broken Condition, We will Request you to always Shoot Unboxing video of the package so we can use it as Proof and also take due Compensation from Courier Partners. (Without Evidence video we will not be able to accept your claim).
