The Biggest Issue is Light Visibility when riding at Night, Stock LED Headlights have been found to be inadequate with Low Intensity and not being Effective enough on Highways and Pitch Dark Paths while the Pure White Color is absolutely Counter Productive in Adverse Weather Conditions like Rain and Fog. - Do we Still need to Install Auxiliary Lights if we are using these Touring Headlights?
Not at All! The whole concept of the VAISHNU Touring Headlight for Triumph Speed 400 & Scrambler 400 X is to eliminate the use of Auxiliary Lights by making your Primary Source of Lights i.e Headlight most efficient and Bright without causing trouble to oncoming Traffic. Infact, The Amazing Success of our Touring Headlights for all other Existing Brand Headlights like Royal Enfield, Honda etc speaks volumes for how effective the Lights are. The customers have gone on to Remove their Existing Fog lights that they used for Touring Purposes and were adding unnecessary Bulk to the Motorcycle.
- How are your 24 watts so effective that even 60 Watts or 70 Watts of Auxiliary Lights are not required?
Optical Efficiency! We are so used to Seeing/ hearing Random Exaggerated Claims of Generic LED Auxiliary Lights having 140 Watts, 130 Watts etc which are False Figures. Firstly, LED’s don’t have such High Power Consumption. Secondly, All that Light Produced from the Source is not necessarily being channelised to have the Light aimed on the Road where we need them. Most of the Lights are producing 40-50 Watts Actual Power but have an Effective Output of just 20-30 Watts.
The Touring Headlights have all 24 Watts functioning in a very well defined Beam Pattern doing its job as intended to do with no Scattering and Wastage, hence optimising all 24 Watts. Whereas some other Lights claiming to have 70 Watts but due to Scattering and Shooting all over the Place will have its Effective Lumens reduced from the Advertised Value.
- Why do you need 3 Color Modes?
As you maybe aware that Stock Headlights offer 6000 k Temperature which seems more Brighter to the Human Eye and seems brighter as compared to any other Color Temperature. When you Switch on the Headlight by this switch provided from Factory, Pure White Color comes on by Default. Now, you can use this color mode on low and High Beam as you wish for your Ride. However, if you wish to change the Color Mode then you can toggle the switch to DRL Position – 1 and then back to On Position – 2. Everytime you toggle between Switch position 1 & 2, the Colors will change. For the DRL on Our Touring Headlight, it will be by Default Activated as soon as you turn on the Ignition of the Motorcycle and remains on during the entire time when you are riding your motorcycle. Everytime you turn off your Headlight and Turn it on as soon as its off, the Color will Change for the Headlight and will keep moving through different Color Cycles everytime you Turn the Switch off/ On. Once you have set the Desired Color Temperature, the Headlight High/ Low beam will function according to the Color Mode Set. - Does the Headlight work from Stock Headlight Switch?
Yes! The Headlight features such as Low Beam/ High Beam & Passing all work the same way it worked with the Stock Headlight. Our Touring Headlights Primary Light Beam can be kept Turned off whenever not in use. This allows you to Save Unnecessary Power Consumption and further Improves your Motorcycle’s Battery Health.
- Do I need to buy anything Separately?

We compared it with Maddog Alfa, which has scattered light. Both lights throw the same distance in a high beam, but Vaishnu light is more focused compared to Vaishnu light.

I ordered a headlight, it turned out to be a great light as it didn’t require cutting any wires to fit it. The second thing is that last time our riding group had to face a challan for installing extra fog lights in Himachal, it is a different matter that as senior citizens they gave a warning and gave up.Now I have removed my fog lights and in hilly terrain and on the highway there is no problem at all.

I had been looking for some mods to the lighting setup on my Scrambler ever since the day I bought it as the stock lights are as good as not there. With extensive recreational riding I felt that I needed something to be able to have proper visibility at night. After going through options of aux lights and many other, I stumbled upon Vaishnu lights and decided to go for it. Read a lot of reviews and gathered information from peer riders who are using it. The decision has proven right and the lights are absolutely superb when it comes to focus throw and visibility. The arc is definitive and doesnt glare onto oncoming traffic but lights up everything you need to see on the road perfectly.
Only thing that can be improved a bit is the empty space that the light leaves behind the panel as it’s quite noticeable and that as the fit is not as snug as the stock there’s room for movement and dust accumulation which will be impossible to access otherwise. A dome shaped structure like the stock would make it a snug fit probably.
That being said, product is fully functional and does the job as intended and even exceeds expectations.
Delivery was done as promised and the packaging was secured properly so no damage in transit. Highly recommended!

The light is excellent functionally. I would have liked better appearance aesthetically (the outer casing should be closer in resemblance to the stock headlight). Long term reliability is yet to be ascertained.
Secondly it should have a memory of the last light color that was used (it always starts with the bright white light which I never use). I always use the warm white. So each time I start the bike, I need to toggle twice to reach the warm white.

The experience has been awesome. I really do like the new headlight. It is so nice to be able to see so much better at night. It takes an innovative company like Vaishnu to understand that because the cool white led seems brighter it is not the best tool to see at night. The warm white is a superior light with which to see. The Selective Yellow setting is what I have been looking for since I first discovered this headlight color choice. I wish that all companies that produced headlights would have these choices in their headlights especially motorcycles. Triumph, you have an opportunity here to offer a headlight that this customer would buy if offered on the Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer.

Amazing throw ; Enough confident to ride during night time

I loved the headlight. Literally day and night difference between the stock headlight. However, it would’ve been better if the high beam of the white light was a bit higher.

Greetings! Thanks for your feedback. The high beam on Pure white color mode is designed to be of lesser magnitude as it is recommended for City usage and we don’t want our Headlight users to intentionally or unintentionally blind oncoming traffic. Hope that makes sense!

The quality of the headlight and the wiring harness is excellent. The self-installation process is fairly easy, but I would still recommend getting it installed by a professional since it involves removing the fuel tank.
In terms of performance, the low beam is outstanding — the light spread is impressive, and the focus is better than many options on the market. However, the high beam falls short. It offers very limited visibility, and the difference between the low and high beam is barely noticeable.
Overall, a great product for low-beam performance, but there is room for improvement in the high-beam output.

Greetings! We appreciate your feedback, however we wanted to clarify that the High beam is designed to be a Spot Beam pattern which helps you see further down the road if adjusted properly. Also, the High beam on Pure white mode is limited to not blind oncoming traffic as it is recommended to be used in the City limits. The other 2 color modes – Yellow and Warm white have Full intensity of the High beam. Kindly re-look into the Headlight adjustment setting or connect with our After Sales team to assist you in getting the right settings which will give you the correct results from the High beam as well.

This is a must buy for every Triumph 400 series owner. I almost fell to death in himalayas on stock headlight. This one is almost 50 times brighter.

while the overall functionality and quality is good. There are few drawbacks or improvemnts that can be done
1) Dual DRL Color(white/yellow) can only be changed by physically disconnecting and connecting the wires( conmectors)
This could have been implemented as a simple switch.
2) white city light is good but its bright light(pass light) almost doesnot exist.
The yellow light compensates with proper functionality but the same throw on white light would have been perfect.

Fast delivery, well packed, item perfect. I am a little bit surprise by the weight of the headlamp. Not installed yet. I live in Canada and I will have to wait for next spring to install and give a full review.

But 1st switching relay was broken only 2 months. Now it’s running by the 2nd one. Ｉ hope it doesn’t break again.
