Warranty Policy

We Request Customers to go through our Policies (Terms & Conditions) before making the Purchase. Please do not make a Purchase if you do not agree/ abide to these Rules.

  • It is the Manufacturers (Vaishnu Engineers Pvt Ltd) responsibility to ensure you receive the Product ordered through our website in Brand New Condition. We request you to Always record an Unboxing Video of the Order received through courier, In case you receive a broken/ damaged parcel from the Courier Service you can share with us and we can take Appropriate Action to Replace your Product as well as take Compensation from the Courier Partners for Mishandling the product. (Without Video Proof, we will not be able to help you with your claim)
  • Warranty is covered for any issues arising out of Manufacturing Defect from the Manufacturer (Vaishnu Engineers Pvt Ltd) Only.
  • No Warranty will be provided for any Accident/ Physical Damage to the Product.
  • Warranty will be void if the Housing unit is dismantled by any Personnel/ Organisation/ Workshop apart from the Manufacturer.
  • For Claiming Warranty a Copy of the Invoice at the time of Purchase will have to be shared with our Customer Support Team, Failing to do so the Warranty will be void.
  • The Warranty Period Stands Valid from the Date of Purchase mentioned on the Product Invoice.
  • The Defective Product will have to be shipped to our Manufacturing Unit and further Instructions will thereof be provided by the Customer Support Team.
  • Upon Inspection by the Investigative Team, If any fault is found from the Customers end extra charges will be levied if the Damage can be Repaired. Any to and Fro Charges in such a case scenario will have to be borne by the Customer.
  • In case of any Fault/ Issue, it is Mandatory for Customer to Share the Issue Immediately through Photograph with Customer Support Team before any Experimentation themselves or from Outside Help to keep the warranty Valid.
  • For Claims of products purchased through Dealers, We will require stamped Warranty card from the dealer along with Valid Purchase Invoice. 
  • The Final Decision to Repair/ Replace or Deny the Claim of the product will be that of the Manufacturer (Vaishnu Engineers Pvt Ltd). 
  • The Manufacturer (Vaishnu Engineers Pvt Ltd) bears no Liability or Any loss other than the cost of the Product supplied.
