Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders require 3–4 working days for processing before dispatch. In the unlikely event of a delay, our Customer Support Team will proactively contact you with an updated order status.
  • Once your order is ready to ship from our warehouse, we will share the tracking details via WhatsApp on your registered mobile number. To ensure seamless communication, please provide a WhatsApp-active contact number at the time of placing your order.

Domestic Orders

  • Standard Free Shipping: Orders placed with the Standard Free Shipping option are delivered within 8–12 working days across India. If you are ordering for an upcoming trip, please plan accordingly and allow sufficient time for delivery.

  • Express Shipping: Orders with Express Shipping are dispatched on priority via air and typically delivered within 4–7 working days. Express Shipping is currently available only in select cities: Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Pune.

  • Courier Partners: We work exclusively with reputed and authorized courier service providers to ensure reliable delivery across India. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, delivery timelines are beyond our direct control.

  • Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Refunds: For details on our refund process, please refer to our [Refund Policy].

International Orders

  • International orders typically require 8–14 days for delivery, depending on the destination country.
  • Flat Shipping Charges are Applicable based on the Country of Dispatch.
  • The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
  • Customer is responsible for paying all fees related to shipping their purchase into their country. Costs associated with returning a product due to inability to pay the tariffs are also the responsibility of the customer.
  • We exclusively partner with FedEx for handling all international shipments to ensure reliable and secure delivery.
  • Once the Product gets Shipped from our Warehouse, We have no Control over the Product and any Delays thereafter.   • International orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Warranty Policy

  • It is the Manufacturers (Vaishnu Engineers Pvt Ltd) responsibility to ensure you receive the Product ordered through our website in Brand New Condition. We request you to Always record an Unboxing Video of the Order received through courier, In case you receive a broken/ damaged parcel from the Courier Service you can share with us and we can take Appropriate Action to Replace your Product as well as take Compensation from the Courier Partners for Mishandling the product. (Without Video Proof, we will not be able to help you with your claim).
  • Warranty is covered for any issues arising out of Manufacturing Defect from the Manufacturer (Vaishnu Engineers Pvt Ltd) Only.
  • No Warranty will be provided for any Accident/ Physical Damage to the Product.
  • Glass breakage is covered only in cases of transit damage identified at the time of receiving and unboxing a brand-new product. Any glass damage occurring after unboxing is not covered under warranty.
  • Warranty will be void if the Housing unit/ Product or it’s parts are dismantled by any Personnel/ Organisation/ Workshop apart from the Manufacturer.
  • For Claiming Warranty a Copy of the Invoice at the time of Purchase will have to be shared with our Customer Support Team, Failing to do so the Warranty will be void.
  • The Warranty Period Stands Valid from the Date of Purchase mentioned on the Product Invoice.
  • The Defective Product will have to be shipped to our Manufacturing Unit and further Instructions will thereafter be provided by the Customer Support Team.
  • Upon Inspection by the Investigative Team, If any fault is found from the Customers end extra charges will be levied if the Damage can be Repaired. Any to and Fro Charges in such a case scenario will have to be borne by the Customer.
  • In case of any Fault/ Issue, it is Mandatory for Customer to Share the Issue Immediately through Photograph with Customer Support Team before any Experimentation themselves or from Outside Help to keep the warranty Valid.
  • Warranty is non-transferable, valid only for the original purchaser.
  • For Products purchased through our Authorised Dealer network, We will require Customers to register your Purchase on our Website by scanning the QR Code provided on the Warranty Card and Submitting all the Details successfully. The Warranty will be void if the Registration process is not completed at the time of Purchase. 
  • The Final Decision to Repair/ Replace or Deny the Claim of the product will be that of the Manufacturer (Vaishnu Engineers Pvt Ltd). 
  • The Manufacturer (Vaishnu Engineers Pvt Ltd) bears no Liability or Any loss other than the cost of the Product supplied.

Refund/ Return/ Exchange Policy

We have a No Return/ No Refund Policy (Exceptional Cases below):

  • If you have placed an order and you wish to cancel it before dispatch (Only Domestic Orders). In such cases we will Refund the Amount paid, However a 3% Payment Gateway Charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • No Cancellation for International Orders once Confirmed and under process.
  • In case you have mistakenly Ordered Higher Quantity than required and you wish to cancel the Order and adjust the Quantity. However a 3% Payment Gateway Charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • If you have mistakenly ordered Wrong Product/ Item. In such a case scenario we can replace the Product (Upon Inspecting the returned Product First) and provide a replacement of the Desired Model required. In such cases, the Cost of Courier to send the Product back to our Warehouse and also for us to send the Replaced product to the customer (2nd Time), Both Costs will have to be borne by the Customer.

Lifetime Services (Beyond Warranty Period)

In order to Showcase our Dedication to our Existing Customers, We have gone One Step further in Providing Lifetime Services for our Products (For Repair/ Replacement Parts) beyond the Warranty Period.  

  • This Service is only Valid from Products that are Manufactured In House and Continue to be in Production by the Manufacturer (Vaishnu Engineers Pvt Ltd).
  • Any Products that are Discontinued/ Unavailable, Services/ Repair parts cannot be made available for obvious reasons.
  • Any Cost associated with Shipping the Product To & From our facility for Repairs and Replacement parts will have to be borne by the Customer.
  • The Organisation reserves the Final Decision to take a Call on whether the Part Damaged/ Non – Functioning can be repaired or not. In such a case, the Replacement cost will be shared for the said part/ Spares.
  • This Service is only Applicable to Domestic (Indian Territory) Customers for the time being.

Regulatory Compliance & Local Laws

Our products are not certified, homologated, approved, or guaranteed to comply with any specific country’s road-use laws or vehicle equipment standards unless explicitly mentioned in writing.

Automotive lighting and vehicle modification regulations vary by country, state, province, and local jurisdiction. It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the buyer, vehicle owner, and/or installer to:

  • Verify compliance with all applicable local laws prior to purchase.

  • Confirm whether the product is permitted for on-road use in their jurisdiction.

  • Ensure the product meets local inspection or registration requirements.

We shall not be liable for fines, penalties, inspection failures, insurance complications, or regulatory non-compliance arising from installation or use of our products.

Governing Law
